One, flannel
Flannel is a fabric with fluffy fluff after being brushed by a brushing machine. It is usually woven with plain weave or twill weave. It can be divided into different flannels according to different characteristics.
1. According to the fabric organization, there are plain velvet, serge and twill velvet. According to the suede, there are single-sided velvet and double-sided velvet;
2. According to the fabric thickness, there are thick velvet and thin velvet. According to the printing and dyeing processing method, there are bleached velvet, variegated velvet, printed velvet and yarn-dyed velvet;
3. Yarn-dyed velvet is divided into corduroy, grid velvet, color grid velvet, sesame velvet, straight corduroy, etc. according to fancy.
The flannel feels soft, has good warmth retention, strong moisture absorption, and is comfortable to wear. Mainly used as men's and women's winter shirts, trousers, children's work clothes, linings, etc.
Two, Corduroy
Corduroy is woven with raised tissue. Since learning to use the weft raising method, the surface of the fleece is like a strip of rushes, so it is called corduroy. According to the materials used, it can be divided into full corduroy (single yarn for both warp and weft), half corduroy (strand for warp and single yarn for weft) and full corduroy (single yarn for both warp and weft).
The corduroy has plump strands, thick texture, abrasion resistance and good warmth retention. Mainly used as spring, autumn and winter men's and women's overalls, shirts, skirts, jeans, children's clothing, shoes and hats, etc.
Three, velveteen
Velveteen, also known as mercerized velveteen, is a pure cotton fabric woven with pile tissue. According to the processing method, it can be divided into warp raising and weft raising, the former is called cut warp velveteen, and the latter is called cut weft velveteen.
The velveteen fabric has the characteristics of plump and flat down, thick texture, soft luster, soft hand feeling, good warmth retention, abrasion resistance and durability, and not easy to wrinkle. Mainly used as fabrics for women's work clothes, shoes and hats in spring, autumn and winter.
Four, twill
Twill cloth is usually woven with a 2/1↖ weave, the front side of the fabric has obvious twill weaves, and the back side is relatively fuzzy. The fine twill woven with fine special yarn, and the denim woven with medium special yarn.
The twill cloth is tight and thick, with a soft touch. A small amount is sold on the market, mainly used as quilts and underwear. Most of them are processed into colored fabrics and floral fabrics. Colored fine twill is used as uniforms, sportswear fabrics and work clothes clips. Floral twill is used for women's and children's clothing. Big flower oblique can be used as a quilt.
Five, down cloth
Down cloth is also called anti-flannel and anti-feather cloth. Its characteristic is that the warp and weft of the fabric are both combed fine special yarns, and the warp density and weft density of the fabric are higher than those of ordinary fabrics, which can prevent the down fiber from drilling outside.
The down fabric has a compact structure, flat light method, rich luster, smooth hand feeling, firm texture, breathable and down-proof. Mainly used as mountaineering clothes, ski clothes, down work clothes, jackets, duvet fabrics, etc.
